F.A.Q.

Is my wedding date available?

We book are dates on a first come first served basis, If you already have a date for your event you can contact us and we’ll check the availability for you.

Will you be the one shooting my event? If not, can I meet the photographer who will be on-site?
Yes, we like to make it personal !. From the initial consultation to the delivery of you images, you will be talking with the same person and all images are taken by the same photographer, as a matter of fact we edit all our images and video in house as well.

Can we see the full galleries of a few of your recent events?
Yes of course, our customers privacy is very important to us, we prefer not to post them publicly but if you’d like to we can share one of our galleries with you so you can take a look.

Do you prefer to blend into the background to capture candid moments, or do you like to be more visible and take charge to choreograph images?
Who said you have to chose one! We want to give you the best images possible while being discrete and we also want to give you the magazine cover type stuff.

Can I customize a package to fit my needs?
Yes! 100 percent. All of our packages are fully customizable so you can mix and match as you like.

Do you include engagement photos in your packages?
All of our packages include a one hour photo session prior to the event. We also have themed sessions available!

Do you offer retouching of color, adjustment, or other corrective services? Are those included or an additional charge?
The images from the photo session (engagement session) come fully edited. That means skin blemishes, hair, color, etc. to magazine cover standards.
The images from the day of the event are color corrected globally and cropped slightly when needed. As a courtesy we can fully edit some of the event images (around 30ish ) if you’d like.

Do you charge a travel fee?
Yes, depending on the distance of the event there may be some extra fees.
If your event is within the Metro Atlanta area there are no fees.

Can we order prints or albums directly from you?
yes!. We deliver our full resolution, print ready images that means you get the same files we have, so you can print them wherever and whenever you’d like, however different printers have different settings so your images may end up looking different. We can print them for you and we will make sure your images look just as beautiful.

What type of album do you offer? Do you provide assistance selecting images and designing the album?
We have a few options to fit all tastes and budgets, all of them gorgeous, all you have to do is pick one, choose your images and we’ll take cares of the rest.

How long after the event will we receive the images? How will they be delivered?
Typically you’ll receive your images within two weeks in your own webapp, so you can share it with everyone you like.

Will we have the printing rights to the images?
Yes, They are all yours.

Will the images be accessible online? For how long?
You’ll receive your images in your own personal web gallery that you can share with everyone you like. We’ve used the same system since we started and we are not planning to change anytime soon but we encourage you to download them to an external hard drive or even better print them all, in case of zombies or something you know…

When will we receive the contract?
Once we come to an agreement for your event we’ll send you an email with your contract and all the details included, you just need to sign ad send the deposit and you are done, easy peasy.

How much of a deposit do you require? When is it due?
We divide it in three parts. 
30% deposit is due at the time of signing, unfortunately we can’t reserve dates without deposit.

Do you accept payments in installments?
Of course, You can pay however you like, as long as the balance is covered two weeks before the event day.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?
Hey we all know that life happens, In case that you need to postpone the event we’ll do our best to provide you with the new date, as long as is we are not covering another event, we got your back.
In case of cancelation we’ll go case by case bases.
Contract deposits are non-refundable

Do you carry backup equipment?
Yes, we have at least three cameras and several lenses with us all the time.
